Position: Training and Development Officer

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in  Human Resources, Management, Education, Organizational Development.

Minimum  3 years of direct professional experience  as a  Training & Development Officer, Learning & Development Expert, or in a similar role .

Demonstrated experience in:

Training Needs Assessment (TNA)

Individual and departmental skills gap analysis

Organizational training needs assessment

Training planning and coordination

Training material development

Training facilitation and delivery

Post-training evaluation

Training effectiveness assessment

Training reporting and documentation

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Experience with  Learning Management Systems (LMS)  or other training management tools is an advantage.

Ability to manage multiple training activities and work effectively with employees and managers at different organizational levels.

Experience designing and developing a variety of learning solutions, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, and virtual training programs.

Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners of all levels.

A passion for learning and development and a commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the organization.

Experience in the  insurance or financial services industry  is an advantage.
