- Maintain weekly performance dashboards for leadership.
- Track lead progress from inquiry to close across all sales roles.
- Calculate and audit monthly sales commission payouts for submission to HR and Finance.
- Provide data insights and trend analysis to commercial leadership.
- Audit CRM data quality and flag gaps to the relevant role owner.
