What We’re Looking For

Experience:

Years of Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience.

Skills:

Technical Skills:

• Strong report writing, interviewing, and communication skills.
• Strong skills in data collection, analysis, interpretation, and reporting.
• Ability to conduct professional interviews and gather accurate information from different sources.
• Ability to meet assigned deadlines and respond quickly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word.
• Ability to take photographs, record audio/video, or collect other supporting materials when required.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Language Proficiency:

• Excellent writing and literature skills in both Amharic and English.
• Strong ability to communicate and prepare professional written content in both Amharic and English.

Education & Certifications

Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Literature, Communications, or a related field.
