What We’re Looking For

Experience:

Years of Experience: Minimum of five (5) years

Relevant Experience:

• relevant experience in coffee, fruit, vegetable, flower, and horticultural farming is preferred.
• Proven experience in greenhouse management, including planning, production, monitoring, and quality control.

Skills:

Technical Skills:

• Ability to plan, supervise, and monitor coffee, fruit, vegetable, flower, garden, nursery, and greenhouse activities.
• Ability to manage agricultural workers and ensure proper farming and gardening practices.
• Ability to monitor plant growth, identify problems, and take appropriate corrective measures.
• Ability to maintain accurate records of farm, nursery, garden, and greenhouse activities.
• Ability to work effectively in a farm and greenhouse environment.

Knowledge:

Practical knowledge of fruit and vegetable production, flower cultivation, gardening, nursery and seedling production, soil management, irrigation, fertilization, and pest and disease management.

Education & Certifications

Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, Plant Science, or a related field.
