Planning & Evaluation Monitor

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

Years of Experience: Minimum of five (5) years

Relevant Experience:

• relevant experience in planning, monitoring, evaluation, data management.
• Proven experience in strategic planning, strategy development, implementation, and performance monitoring.
• Experience working with NGOs, development organizations, government institutions, or similar organizations is an advantage.

Skills:

Technical Skills:

• Strong skills in data collection, analysis, interpretation, and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Language Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Knowledge:

Good knowledge of monitoring and evaluation concepts, tools, and methodologies.

Education & Certifications

Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, Statistics, Economics, Development Studies, Planning, Social Sciences or a related field.
