Project Sales Manager

Job Summary

The Project Sales Manager drives sales growth, market expansion, and customer relationship management for Jotun in Ethiopia. Based in Addis Ababa and reporting to the Sales Manager, the role leads and coaches the sales team, manages key accounts across the construction sector, and ensures the achievement of sales, gross margin, and collection targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive market expansion and increase market share through market mapping, trend analysis, and competitor monitoring.
• Lead, coach, and supervise the sales team to achieve performance objectives, collections, and sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align customer needs with operational execution.
• Monitor and evaluate sales performance and execute corrective actions when required.
• Build and maintain robust relationships with key customers, contractors, consultants, and dealers to support projects and resolve issues.
• Conduct employee performance reviews and foster a motivated, high-performing sales team.

Educational Qualification & Experience Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in project sales within construction materials, paints, coatings, building products, steel, cement, or related industries, with a strong professional network and track record of managing large-scale projects.
