Job Summary

The Maintenance Planning & Control Expert is responsible for supporting effective maintenance planning, scheduling, monitoring, and control activities to ensure the reliability and performance of equipment and plant operations. The role focuses on preventive and predictive maintenance, equipment performance analysis, maintenance planning, and the use of ERP/CMMS systems to support efficient maintenance operations.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Work Experience

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in maintenance planning, industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
• Prepare and coordinate maintenance schedules based on equipment requirements and operational priorities.
• Monitor maintenance activities and ensure planned work is completed within scheduled timelines.
• Maintain and update maintenance records, schedules, and equipment information.
• Use ERP/CMMS systems to support maintenance planning, work orders, equipment records, and reporting.
• Analyze equipment performance data and failure trends to identify maintenance requirements and recurring issues.
• Support the identification of opportunities to improve equipment reliability and maintenance efficiency.
• Apply appropriate equipment maintenance practices and planning tools.
• Coordinate with maintenance, production, engineering, and other relevant teams to ensure effective execution of maintenance activities.
• Monitor maintenance performance and provide relevant reports and updates.
• Support root-cause analysis and problem-solving activities for recurring equipment failures.
• Ensure maintenance planning activities are aligned with operational requirements and established procedures.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance systems.
• Good knowledge of equipment maintenance practices.
• Experience with ERP/CMMS systems.
• Knowledge of maintenance planning tools.
• Ability to analyze equipment performance data and failure trends.
