Senior Utility & Auxiliary Engineer

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.

Work Experience:

Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience, of which 3 years must be in a managerial or supervisory position.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the operation and maintenance of utility and auxiliary systems, including electrical, mechanical, water, compressed air, air conditioning, and building facilities.

Design, implement, and improve utility infrastructure and maintenance programs.

Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability.

Monitor utility system performance and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.

Coordinate maintenance activities and troubleshoot utility system failures.

Prepare technical reports, maintenance records, and performance reports.

Ensure compliance with Company policies, safety standards, and environmental regulations.

Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance personnel.

Participate in problem-solving and root cause analysis activities.

Collaborate with production and other departments to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.

Salary:  As per Company Salary Scale
