- Support recruitment, employee screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Prepare and maintain employment contracts, HR letters, forms, and other personnel documents.
- Receive and respond to routine employee requests and HR-related concerns.
- Support the implementation of company HR policies, rules, and procedures at the factory.
- Assist with employee disciplinary procedures and ensure proper documentation.
- Prepare regular HR reports on attendance, leave, employee movement, recruitment, and other HR activities.
- Collect and verify employee information required for payroll processing.
- Coordinate with factory supervisors and management on employee-related matters.
- Communicate HR policies, procedures, and workplace rules clearly to employees.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information and company records.
- Report important employee-related issues to the Head Office HR Department in a timely manner.
- Perform other HR duties assigned by the Head Office HR Department.
