- Actively follow up on leads, inquiries, quotations, and potential customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to showroom sales growth.
- Promote furniture packages and whole-house furnishing solutions.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with customers regarding orders, payments, delivery, and installation.
- Maintain accurate records of customer information, sales activities, and follow-ups.
- Support showroom organization, product presentation, and daily sales activities.
- Monitor customer feedback and market trends and report relevant information to management.
- Carry out other sales-related duties assigned by management.
