Job Summary

CoBuilt Solutions is seeking a Fleet Supervisor to oversee and manage fleet operations, maintenance schedules, and transportation logistics. The role ensures the efficient, safe, and reliable deployment of vehicles while maintaining high standards of administrative and operational compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily fleet operations, vehicle scheduling, and transport logistics.
• Coordinate routine vehicle maintenance, repairs, and servicing to minimize downtime.
• Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle tracking systems, and overall fleet efficiency.
• Ensure all vehicles comply with safety regulations, roadworthiness standards, and legal requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive records of vehicle inspections, repairs, mileage, and driver logs.
• Supervise drivers, assess performance, and coordinate work schedules.
• Manage inventory of vehicle spare parts and maintenance supplies.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or higher in Automotive Technology or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in fleet management or automotive operations.
