Senior Property (Store Keeper) Officer

Job Summary

CoBuilt Solutions is seeking a Senior Property (Storekeeper) Officer to oversee warehouse operations, manage inventory control, and ensure the accurate receiving, storage, and issuance of company assets and materials. The role maintains organized stock records and safeguards inventory against loss or damage.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods, materials, and equipment against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Maintain an organized inventory system, ensuring proper labeling, categorization, and storage of all warehouse items.
• Issue materials and property to authorized personnel, maintaining accurate records of all stock movements.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile stock balances with system records.
• Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages, flag slow-moving items, and coordinate timely replenishment.
• Maintain strict security and safety standards within the storehouse to prevent theft, damage, or spoilage.
• Prepare periodic inventory reports for management review.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree or relevant qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or warehouse management.
