Qualifications
- Education: MA or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, management, or other related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of work experience for MA and 12 years for BA as a Business Development Manager.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English and Amharic language both in writing and speaking.
Required Skills
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and other related computer skills (Microsoft Office Pack: Word, Excel, Access, Publisher, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Core Skill Tags: Excellent organizational skills with great market knowledge, communication and negotiation skills, time management, planning, initiative, good decision-making skills, strategic and analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving.
