IT Expert

Job Summary

The IT Expert is responsible for managing organizational networks, maintaining databases, overseeing website administration, and providing comprehensive IT and software support across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain organizational networks and infrastructure.
• Manage website administration and database systems.
• Configure and support productivity tools such as Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
• Provide robust technical support for ERP systems and software applications.

Educational Qualification & Experience Requirements

• Education: BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in IT.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• Required Skill Tags: Computer networking and IT maintenance, accounting principles (GAAP), IFRS and ERP, good knowledge of manufacturing systems, ERP tools (SAP) and digital production platforms, and Computer Science, Information System, Information Technology, Computer Engineering.
