Noren Technology Group is seeking a driven, innovative, and results-oriented Business Development & Marketing Associate to aid in the expansion of Noren, our real estate technology platform.
Noren serves as a bridge between property seekers and property owners, agents, brokers, real estate firms, and developers, facilitating the processes of discovering, listing, buying, selling, and renting properties in Ethiopia.
The Business Development & Marketing Associate will be instrumental in enhancing Noren’s footprint within the Ethiopian real estate sector. This role encompasses business development, partner acquisition, marketing initiatives, field outreach, and customer engagement.
Position: Business Development & Marketing Associate
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in business development, marketing, sales, real estate, digital marketing, or customer-facing work is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to confidently approach and communicate with new people and businesses.
Good understanding of Addis Ababa and its major neighborhoods.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Amharic and English.
Comfortable using social media, smartphones, mobile applications, web platforms, and digital communication tools.
Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing.
Ability to create ideas for marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills.
Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision.
Organized, dependable, and results-oriented.
Willing and able to travel within Addis Ababa for partner meetings, outreach, and marketing activities.
Interest in technology, real estate, startups, and digital businesses is highly desirable.
