Business Development & Marketing Associate

Noren Technology Group is looking for a motivated, creative, and results-driven Business Development & Marketing Associate to support the growth of Noren, our real estate technology platform.Noren connects property seekers with property owners, agents, brokers, real estate companies, and developers, making it easier to discover, list, buy, sell, and rent properties in Ethiopia.The Business Development & Marketing Associate will play an important role in expanding Noren's presence in the Ethiopian real estate market. The position combines business development, partner acquisition, marketing, field outreach, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach real estate agents, brokers, property owners, developers, and real estate companies.
• Introduce Noren to potential partners and clearly explain the benefits of using the platform.
• Recruit and onboard new agents, brokers, property owners, developers, and real estate companies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Noren's partners and customers.
• Increase the number of quality property listings available on Noren.
• Follow up with prospective partners and existing users to encourage continued use of the platform.
• Develop and support marketing activities to increase awareness of the Noren brand.
• Assist with creating and coordinating content for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
• Help manage Noren's presence across relevant social media platforms.
• Identify creative and cost-effective ways to attract property seekers, agents, owners, and real estate companies.
• Support promotional campaigns, partnerships, events, and other brand-awareness activities.
• Conduct market research on the Addis Ababa real estate market, customer needs, competitors, and industry trends.
• Collect feedback from customers and business partners and communicate useful findings to management.
• Monitor business development and marketing activities and provide regular progress reports.
• Represent Noren professionally during meetings, field visits, promotional activities, and partner discussions.

Employment Terms

This position is offered as an initial one-year full-time contract.Based on performance, contribution to the growth of Noren, professionalism, and the company's business needs, the successful candidate may have an opportunity to transition into a permanent full-time position after completion of the contract.Conversion to permanent employment is not guaranteed and will be based on performance review and company needs.Real estate experience is highly desirable !!
