Elegance General Trading PLC (also linked with ELEGAS Ethiopia Trading PLC) is an Ethiopian company involved in diverse sectors, notably as a major partner for Yango Ethiopia (ride-hailing, providing customer support/operations), specializing in premium Ethiopian coffee export (Elegance Coffee), and offering event planning , wedding décor, and imported event furniture.
Position: Call Center Operator
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum Diploma and above in any field of study.
Strong communication skills in Amharic and English (both are required).
Computer skill and knowledge
Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibility
Answer incoming calls and assist drivers and riders with inquiries.
Provide clear and accurate information about services.
Handle complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
Maintain records of calls and follow company procedures.
Support daily operations of the ride service.
Requirement Skill
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
