Job Summary

The TikToker / Content Performer conceptualizes, acts in, and delivers engaging short-form video content for social media channels. Operating from the Bole office in Addis Ababa, the role brings creative concepts to life on camera, expresses diverse emotions, and collaborates with the production team to drive audience engagement and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Video Performance & Acting: Act and perform confidently in front of the camera for TikTok videos and short-form digital campaigns.
• Creative Contribution: Brainstorm fresh trends, translate creative direction into engaging performances, and help shape viral content ideas.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the director, videographers, and the broader creative team during filming sessions and content planning meetings.

Educational Qualification & Experience Requirements

• Education: General open call welcoming creative and energetic individuals comfortable in front of the camera (prior content creation or acting experience represents an added advantage).
