We are looking for a Social Media & Content Team Manager to lead, mentor, and coordinate our social media and content team. The role includes: - Leading, supervising, and mentoring the social media and content team. - Assigning tasks, setting priorities, and managing deadlines. - Guiding and updating team members in content creation, social media strategy, and creative development. - Reviewing and maintaining the quality and consistency of content. - Monitoring team performance and providing regular feedback and coaching. - Coordinating content planning, production, editing, and publishing. - Ensuring campaigns and projects are completed effectively and on time. - Reporting team progress, challenges, and results to management. - Creating a positive, creative, accountable, and professional team environment. - Taking overall responsibility for the development and performance of the team.
