Senior Tender & Procurement Officer (Biomedical Engineering Specialist)

Role Summary

YSPanacea Trading is looking for an experienced and highly self-driven Senior Tender & Procurement Officer (Biomedical Engineering Specialist) to lead the identification, preparation, submission, and successful execution of major public and international healthcare tenders from start to finish.

The role requires strong technical and regulatory knowledge, proven tender-winning experience, and the ability to independently manage the complete bidding process.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor, identify, and forecast relevant tender opportunities ahead of their release dates.
• Manage the end-to-end bid process for EPSS, World Bank, UN, and UNOPS tender frameworks.
• Prepare, coordinate, and submit technically and commercially compliant tender documents.
• Navigate the eGP portal effectively and ensure full technical and regulatory compliance throughout the bidding process.
• Ensure all tender submissions are accurate, complete, and submitted within required deadlines.
• Independently manage tender activities from opportunity identification through submission and follow-up.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) in Biomedical Engineering.
• Extensive and verifiable experience in successfully winning major institutional and donor-funded healthcare tenders.
• Proven ability to independently manage healthcare tender processes from start to finish.
• Advanced knowledge of the local eGP system, procurement laws, and procedures.
• Strong understanding of international bidding guidelines and tender requirements.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong document management skills.
• Highly self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Important: This role is suited to a highly experienced Biomedical Engineering professional with a proven track record of winning healthcare tenders, particularly institutional and donor-funded opportunities. Candidates should have strong practical knowledge of eGP and relevant local and international procurement frameworks.
