Senior Project Manager, EPC

Key responsibilities

Own delivery of EPC projects: mobilization, programme, crews and subcontractors.

Supervise installation to the design file; escalate deviations to the CTO.

Build test records, punch lists and handover documentation to the client's acceptance standard.

Report weekly to the CTO; maintain a daily site diary.

Requirements

Electrical engineering degree; 6+ years, 3+ leading solar EPC or electromechanical installations.

Professional Engineer licence held, or obtainable within 6 months.

Working AutoCAD proficiency.

Full-time site availability.

Salary:  ETB 70,000–100,000
