Key responsibilities

Own the client-facing commercial pipeline and close deals across EPC, cooking, water pumping and consulting.

Track competitors and market trends; brief leadership quarterly.

Build institutional partnerships and manage investor relations, including the due-diligence data room.

Sign off competitive positioning ahead of pricing decisions, working with the CTO and CFO.

Lead and grow the Business Development team.

Requirements

5+ years business development experience in a commercial company, with verifiable contracts won.

Experience in energy, infrastructure or a related sector is preferred.

Comfortable running a sales pipeline in a CRM.

Fluent written and spoken English.
