Plan and execute sales activities for passenger vehicles
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to market expansion
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
Support, coach, and guide junior sales staff
Prepare sales plans, forecasts, and performance reports
Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures
Perform other related duties as assigned
Stay updated on competitor offerings, local infrastructure developments, and policy changes.
Negotiate terms, finalize sales agreements, and ensure a seamless vehicle delivery experience.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM, tracking customer interactions and follow-ups
What We’re Looking For
Experience
Years of Experience : Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in automotive sales
Skills:
Technical Skills :
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in computer applications
Education & Certifications
Educational Requirements : Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or related fields
