Junior Sales Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic, driven, and customer-oriented Junior Sales Representative to join our automotive sales team in Addis Ababa. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging prospective clients, presenting our range of passenger vehicles, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets to drive regional market growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Operations: Promote and sell passenger vehicles in accordance with company sales policies and targets.
• Customer Engagement: Provide accurate product information, advice, and professional assistance to clients.
• Lead Generation: Identify potential individual and corporate customers and actively follow up on sales leads.
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong customer relationships and support prompt after-sales activities.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit periodic sales forecasts, lead tracking, and performance reports to management.
• Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks and promotional activities as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome; previous sales experience (preferably in automotive or commercial retail) is considered an advantage.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and active listening skills with a persuasive negotiation style.
• Computer Literacy: Basic computer application skills, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Target Orientation: Ability to work under pressure, manage time efficiently, and consistently meet sales targets.
• Language Skills: Fluency in Amharic and good command of English.
