Sales Representative

Job Summary

The organization is seeking a field sales professional to drive sales, outlet penetration, and trade execution within an assigned territory. The role is responsible for expanding distribution, developing new accounts, enhancing product visibility, and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly commercial targets across modern and traditional retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Territory & Outlet Development: Penetrate and develop supermarkets, minimarkets, retailers, groceries, kiosks, and traditional trade outlets while identifying and registering new accounts.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned volume, distribution, penetration, and visibility targets while adhering to designated route plans.
• Trade Execution & Merchandising: Ensure excellent in-store product availability, execute approved promotions, and maintain brand visibility and responsible handling of POSM and promotional materials.
• Commercial & Financial Processing: Handle sales orders, delivery notes, invoices, receipts, and POS machine transactions accurately, ensuring daily reconciliations and proper customer documentation.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market opportunities, submitting timely sales and customer reports.

Qualifications

• Education: BA degree in business or a related field.
• Experience: 0–3 years of FMCG or field sales experience preferred.

• Technical Skills: Retail trade execution, route planning, POS terminal operation and transaction reconciliation, and commercial documentation.
