Sales Manager

ROLE SUMMARYThe Sales Manager drives revenue growth for Lula's uniforms, protective wear, embroidery and promotional-goods business, managing relationships with corporate, government and institutional clients (banks, breweries, universities, security firms and more) while maintaining Lula's standard of courteous, professional client service.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute sales strategy to grow corporate, institutional and government accounts.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients and pursue new business opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and contracts for uniform, embroidery and promotional-item orders.
• Work closely with Operations to confirm production feasibility, lead times and delivery commitments.
• Ensure customer requirements (design, sizing, branding, quantities) are accurately captured and handed off to Production and Digitizing.
• Monitor order status and proactively communicate progress and issues to clients.
• Track sales performance, pipeline and targets; report to the General Manager.
• Represent Lula at client meetings, tenders and industry events.
• Uphold Lula's standard of courteous, professional and responsive customer service.
