- Schedule embroidery jobs across machines based on order priority and digitized file readiness.
- Inspect embroidered pieces for stitch quality, placement accuracy and thread tension issues.
- Coordinate with the digitizing team on file adjustments needed for clean production runs.
- Minimize thread breakage and material waste through proper machine setup and monitoring.
- Track embroidery output and report status/delays to the Production Supervisor.
- Train embroidery operators on machine operation and quality checks.
- Maintain embroidery machines and coordinate servicing/repairs as needed.
