Sales Executive / Representative

Job Summary

The Electromechanical Sales Engineer / Representative identifies business opportunities, pitches specialized electromechanical products—including elevators, escalators, generators, and HVAC systems—to real estate developers and construction contractors. Operating within the commercial sales division, the role drives revenue growth, manages client pipelines, negotiates contracts, and collaborates with engineering teams to deliver competitive technical proposals.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development & Pitching: Identify prospective clients, developers, and contractors, and deliver professional pitches for elevators, escalators, generators, and HVAC systems.
• Technical Proposal Coordination: Collaborate closely with the engineering team to formulate accurate, competitive technical proposals and quotations.
• Sales Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate commercial terms, finalize contracts, and consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with key industry stakeholders and ensure excellent after-sales support.
• Sales Analytics & Reporting: Track pipeline progression, analyze sales performance metrics, and report on market trends and target achievements.

Educational Qualification & Experience Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field (an engineering background or technical exposure is a distinct advantage).
• Experience: 1 to 4 years of professional experience in sales, preferably within the construction, elevator, generator, or HVAC sectors.
