Sales Executive

Job Summary

The Sales Executive (Field & Office Hybrid) is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting the company's products and services. The role combines extensive field-based client engagement with office-based sales planning, follow-ups, reporting, and account management, with a focus on corporate and industrial customers.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.

Experience

• 1–4 years of proven experience in outdoor/field sales, corporate sales (B2B), or industrial sales.
• Experience selling into the construction or engineering sectors in Ethiopia is highly preferred.

• Organization: Disciplined enough to balance a busy field schedule with organized, timely office follow-ups and reporting.
