Job Summary

Inter Ethiopia Solutions PLC is seeking a motivated Marketing and Sales Officer to promote the company’s solar energy systems and expand its customer base. The role involves driving revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives, client relationship management, sales presentations, and market research.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote solar products and services.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, business partnerships, and client leads.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and monitor emerging market trends.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Manage client relationships, coordinate regular customer follow-ups, and ensure high satisfaction.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and installation.
• Support the preparation of sales proposals, price quotations, and formal contracts.
• Participate actively in trade fairs, industry exhibitions, and promotional marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in marketing or sales.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in renewable energy or solar products, background in digital or social media marketing, and strong customer relationship management skills.
