Educational Qualification

• Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management or a related field.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in hotel stewarding, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the stewarding department.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, utensils, dishwashing areas, and back-of-house facilities.
• Maintain proper handling, storage, and inventory of kitchen equipment and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with hotel hygiene, sanitation, health, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and Food & Beverage departments to support smooth daily operations.
• Monitor the performance of stewarding staff and provide guidance and training when necessary.
• Schedule staff shifts and allocate duties to ensure efficient operations.
• Report equipment damage, maintenance needs, and inventory shortages promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
