Founded in May 2009 E.C with a paid‑up capital of 5 million birr, Ranger Industry and Trading is engaged in the export of Ethiopian Arabica coffee, particularly specialty types from the Ethiopian highlands, to the global coffee market. The company is now expanding into infant nutrition products and seeks energetic sales professionals to join its team.

Position Overview

The Junior Sales Person – Infant Milk will be responsible for promoting infant milk products, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through regular field visits and effective communication. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit pharmacies, wholesalers, retailers, supermarkets, and assigned customers regularly.
• Promote and provide accurate product information about infant milk products.
• Identify potential customers and develop new sales opportunities.
• Receive customer orders and follow up on product delivery.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and respond to inquiries.
• Monitor product availability, stock levels, prices, and competitor activities.
• Collect market information and provide feedback to the Sales Supervisor.
• Ensure proper product display and visibility at customer outlets.
• Prepare daily sales and customer visit reports.
• Ensure compliance with infant milk regulations and ethical marketing practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or related field.
• Experience: Previous sales experience is an advantage; fresh graduates welcome.
• Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer‑oriented, energetic, and target‑driven.
  • Ability to work in the field and visit customers regularly.
  • Basic computer and reporting skills.
  • Knowledge of the local market is an advantage.
