The Outbound Sales Lead drives field based corporate sales for BWA’s building materials, target contractors, real estate developers, and institutions. This role combines personal sales target delivery with field team leadership, proforma generation, client management, and digital marketing strategy integration to convert online and offline leads into closed sales.Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development: Achieve individual and team sales targets through field visits to construction sites, developers, and corporate clients.
• Digital Marketing Integration: Utilize digital channels, digital lead generation tools, and social media platforms to identify prospects, convert online inquiries into field appointments, and align field strategies with digital campaigns.
• Team Leadership: Manage, deploy, and support field sales representatives, assign quotas, and review daily/weekly performance.
• Proforma & Order Management: Generate and approve proforma invoices, handle sales negotiations, and coordinate order conversion with finance and warehousing teams.
• Client & Inter-departmental Coordination: Maintain corporate CRM records, work with the Logistics Coordinator for site deliveries, and submit regular field and sales activity reports.
