Marketing Officer

Job Summary

The Marketing Officer is responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and driving patient acquisition and brand visibility for the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns for the clinic.
• Manage social media platforms and create engaging content.
• Promote the clinic’s dental services, offers, and activities.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitors.
• Develop promotional materials and coordinate marketing activities.
• Support digital marketing, advertising, and patient acquisition activities.
• Build partnerships and promotional opportunities.
• Monitor marketing performance and prepare reports.
• Work closely with management and the customer service team to support patient growth.

Educational Qualification & Experience Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant marketing experience (experience working in a healthcare or dental environment is an advantage).

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media management.
• Excellent content-creation, creative thinking, and organizational abilities.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant marketing tools.
