Luxury Residential Gardener / Grounds Landscape Artisan

Requirements

Experience:  Minimum 6months of dedicated professional gardening, estate landscaping, or upscale commercial horticulture experience.

Botanical Knowledge:  Strong operational understanding of plant care and soil health.

Equipment Proficiency:  Expert handling of landscape tools

Physical Demands:  Heavily physical outdoor role requiring the ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 23 kg in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, light rain).

Professional Conduct:  Quiet, polite, and unobtrusive presence when working near resident balconies, patios, and outdoor amenities.
