Luxury Residential Bell Attendant / Bell person

Requirements

Experience:  Minimum 1+ years of dedicated customer service or bell person experience in a four to five-star hotel, luxury high-rise, or premium resort.

Physical Demands:  Ability to stand and walk for continuous 8-hour shifts and comfortably lift, push, or pull up to 25 kg.

Professional Image:  Immaculate personal grooming and compliance with strict property uniform and presentation standards.

Discretion:  Absolute adherence to strict non-disclosure policies regarding high-profile resident identities, assets, and schedules.

Communication:  Exceptional verbal English skills to provide warm, polite, and effective communication with residents and management.

Schedule

Office hour’s availability required (including weekends and holidays).
