Junior Physiotherapist

Job Summary

Addis Guzo is seeking a committed Junior Physiotherapist to join its rehabilitation team on a full-time basis. The role offers a structured two-year professional development pathway in pediatric physiotherapy and Early Childhood Intervention (ECI), combining clinical practice, structured instruction, and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate actively in a comprehensive two-year professional development and training pathway (including ~150 hours of instruction and clinical mentoring).
• Support client assessments, therapy planning, and supervised pediatric intervention sessions.
• Apply evidence-informed, child-centered, and family-centered rehabilitation approaches.
• Coach parents and caregivers, and participate in home visits as required.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including daily notes and progress reports.
• Collaborate closely with rehabilitation colleagues, multidisciplinary professionals, and mentors.
• Engage actively in continuous professional development (CPD), supervision, and case discussions.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional work experience.

Required Skills

• Technical Skills: Pediatric physiotherapy, clinical documentation, family-centered care methodologies, and English language proficiency at B2 level for professional communication and training.
