Junior Field Marketing Representative

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (relevant practical field experience will be highly considered).

0- 6 Month Prior experience in field sales, street promotions, direct marketing, or customer service environments is highly preferred.

Excellent verbal communication skills in Amharic and professional fluency or basic conversational skills in English.

Strong persuasive and interpersonal abilities, with a natural talent for breaking the ice and capturing the attention of busy commuters.

Familiarity with Google workspace tools and basic smartphone navigation for real-time data entry.

Resilience to comfortably work outdoors in a fast-paced field environment throughout the day.

High level of personal accountability, self-motivation, and a results-oriented mindset to hit daily performance targets.

Excellent time-management habits to balance morning standups, field hours, and afternoon showroom handovers.
