The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic and operational partner to management and employees, aligning people management practices with the business objectives of Hilina Enriched Foods PLC. The role focuses heavily on designing and executing systematic training and development, career pathways, performance management, talent retention, succession planning, and environmental management compliance (ISO 14001:2015) within a strict international regulatory environment.
Key Responsibilities
- HR-Business Partnership: Translate business objectives into practical HR initiatives, advising managers on workforce planning, productivity improvement, organizational structures, and people-related risks.
- Training, Development & Career Pathways: Conduct competency gap analyses, design annual training plans, manage internal/external learning programs, and establish clear career development frameworks and progression tracks.
- Performance & Talent Management: Oversee the company's performance management system, identify high-potential employees, coordinate succession planning for critical leadership roles, and build robust talent pools.
- Employee Engagement & Relations: Drive retention strategies, analyze turnover trends, resolve workplace conflicts, and promote positive employee-management relations aligned with company policies and labor laws.
- HR Analytics & Environmental Compliance: Monitor workforce KPIs, produce periodic reports for executive management, and ensure operations comply with food safety management systems and ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management standards.
Educational Qualification & Experience Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Administrative Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive professional experience in Human Resources, preferably within a manufacturing, FMCG, or food processing environment.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of talent management, performance frameworks, and organizational development strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and executive reporting capabilities.
- Required Skill Tags: Development-oriented, strong coordination and networking skills, and ability to coordinate multiple tasks and work under pressure.
