General Practitioner / Clinical Professional

Job Summary

The General Practitioner / Clinical Professional is responsible for providing comprehensive, patient-centered care, conducting routine examinations, diagnosing and treating medical conditions, and maintaining accurate clinical records in alignment with healthcare regulations. (Note: While titled as a General Practitioner, the job requirements specify qualification in Clinical Pharmacy).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine examinations and assess patient health status.
• Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions and diseases.
• Develop and implement patient care plans based on clinical evaluations.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests to inform treatment decisions.
• Provide patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.
• Support hospital initiatives and programs aimed at improving patient care.

Educational Qualification & Experience Requirements

• Education: Qualified from a recognized higher educational institution with a degree in Clinical Pharmacy.
• Licensure: A valid professional practice license is mandatory.
• Career Level: Entry Level (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
