Job Summary

On behalf of our client, our recruitment department at GeezJobs is seeking for a motivated and customer-oriented Furniture Showroom Sales Representative to manage daily showroom operations, provide exceptional customer service, showcase our furniture collections, and drive sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and guide showroom visitors, assessing their needs and helping them select furniture pieces that match their style and preferences.
• Provide detailed product information, pricing, customization options, and availability to prospective buyers.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial customer greeting and consultation to closing deals, issuing invoices, and coordinating delivery.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing showroom display, ensuring proper arrangement of furniture sets and promotional materials.
• Monitor inventory levels on the showroom floor, report stock replenishment needs, and handle sample displays.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and after-sales follow-ups professionally to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
• Stay up-to-date with furniture design trends, product lines, competitor offerings, and promotional campaigns.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports, track customer interactions, and assist management with sales target forecasting.

Qualifications & Experience

• 1 to 3 years of proven experience in furniture sales, interior retail, or high-end showroom environments.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
