Customer Relationship Officer (CRO)

Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree in  Accounting, Banking & Finance, Management, or a related field  from a recognized higher education institution;  OR

College Diploma ( Level V/10+3 ) in  Accounting, Banking & Finance, Management, or a related field .

Experience:

Experience in a  Microfinance Institution (MFI)  or the  Banking Industry  is an added advantage.

Required Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of credit operations and customer service.

Ability to build strong customer relationships.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Basic computer skills with familiarity in Microsoft Office.

Integrity, teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure.
