Contract and Commercial Manager

Key Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in telecom contract negotiation, commercial management, bid management, or a related field.

Proven success in contract negotiation and commercial operations within the telecommunications or ICT industry.

Strong understanding of telecom contract structures, bidding processes, and commercial terms.

Knowledge of legal, financial, taxation, and compliance principles related to commercial contracts.

Demonstrated ability to apply a customer-centric and solution-oriented approach to commercial negotiations.
