Content & Multimedia Designer

Content Creation & Graphic Design • Develop creative and engaging content showcasing RedFox's projects, solutions, products, services, achievements, and company activities. • Design high-quality graphics and visual materials for social media, marketing campaigns, events, presentations, and other business requirements. • Develop short-form video content for social media and digital marketing. • Transform technical and engineering information into clear, engaging, and visually appealing content. • Ensure all content follows RedFox's approved brand identity and visual standards. • Maintain organized editable and source files for all creative materials.Photography & Videography / Content Collection • Visit project sites, offices, events, customer locations, and other relevant locations to collect original photo and video content. • Plan content requirements before site visits, including required photographs, video shots, interviews, project milestones, and other relevant materials. • Capture high-quality photographs and video footage of projects, installations, products, employees, events, and company activities. • Proactively identify opportunities for content creation during project execution and company activities. • Organize, label, store, and maintain an accessible digital library of photographs, videos, graphics, and other content assets. • Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Project Development, and Management teams to obtain the necessary information and access for content creation. Social Media Management • Manage RedFox's social media platforms and day-to-day content activities. • Develop and maintain weekly and monthly social media content calendars. • Schedule, publish, and optimize content across relevant social media platforms. • Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and engagement and ensure timely responses or escalation when necessary. • Track and report social media performance, including reach, engagement, follower growth, and content performance. • Monitor social media trends and identify relevant opportunities for RedFox to increase visibility and engagement. • Use performance insights to continuously improve content and social media activities. Marketing & Campaign Support • Work with the Sales & Marketing team to develop content that supports brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and business development. • Develop creative concepts and content for marketing campaigns. • Support exhibitions, events, product launches, customer appreciation activities, company announcements, and promotional campaigns. • Develop project-based content highlighting RedFox's technical capabilities, completed projects, ongoing work, and solutions. • Support company culture and employer-branding content where required. Brand Management & Collaboration • Ensure consistency in RedFox's visual identity, messaging, typography, imagery, layouts, and overall brand presentation. • Review creative materials for quality, accuracy, and professionalism before publication. • Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Project Development, CRM/Customer Care, and Management to identify content opportunities. • Proactively collect project updates, technical information, customer testimonials, photographs, and other materials required for content development. • Support internal communication and other marketing materials when required.
