Call Center Operator

Job Summary

Responsible for handling incoming communications, assisting drivers and riders with service inquiries, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. The role involves managing customer complaints professionally, maintaining accurate call logs, and providing clear, prompt information across flexible day and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and provide clear, accurate information regarding ride services to drivers and riders.
• Handle customer complaints professionally, resolve service issues effectively, and escalate complex matters when necessary.
• Maintain comprehensive records of calls, inquiries, and follow-up actions in accordance with company procedures.
• Support the daily administrative and operational workflows of the ride-hailing service across scheduled shifts.

Educational Qualification & Experience Requirements

• Education: Minimum Diploma or above in any field of study.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in customer support, call center operations, or related service roles.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Amharic and English.
• Essential computer literacy and knowledge of digital support tools.
