Brewing Operator

Job Summary

HEINEKEN is seeking two Brewing Operators to operate and execute daily brewing processes and product-related tasks in accordance with safety, environmental, and food safety standards. The role focuses on meeting production targets, driving continuous improvement, minimizing operational losses, and maintaining a safe and clean working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere strictly to HEINEKEN safety, environmental, HACCP, and 5S standards, supporting safety improvements, LSR principles, and safe equipment shutdowns/startups.
• Execute daily brewing operations across assigned sections according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), managing equipment efficiently across peak and low seasons to ensure OTIF (On-Time In-Full) delivery.
• Perform scheduled quality checks, monitor product and process quality per Brewing Process Standards (BPS), and execute corrective actions or participate in quality analyses (DAS, RCFAs).
• Ensure the timely supply and proper handling of raw materials, auxiliary agents, and cleaning/disinfection supplies, adhering strictly to recipe standards and CILT protocols.
• Identify and track resource losses (water, energy, extract, materials) and implement environmental good practices.
• Utilize digital tools (DCS, Swipe Guide, Parsable) to manage shift handovers, report downtime, and maintain basic operating conditions.
• Participate actively in TPM, APM teams, Kaizen, and problem-solving initiatives (BDA, RCFA), managing the tagging and de-tagging process to eliminate equipment anomalies.
• Perform other duties assigned by the line manager.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum of 0 to 1 year of production experience in a beverage, food manufacturing, or FMCG company.
