ዞብል አልሙኒየም ወርክስ ኤንድ ኢምፖርት የባዮሜትሪክ የመታደምን ማሽን ግዢ እና የስርዓት ትግበራ አገልግሎት ለመስጠት ፍላጎት ያላቸው ተጫራቾችን ይጋብዛል። የአገልግሎቱ ዓላማ የተቀናጀ የባዮሜትሪክ የመታደምን እና የደመወዝ አስተዳደር ስርዓት ማዘጋጀት ነው። ተጫራቹ የባዮሜትሪክ መሳሪያ ስርዓት ውህደት፣ ትንተና፣ ንድፍ፣ ትግበራ፣ ሙከራ፣ ማሰማራት፣ ስልጠና፣ የውሂብ ሽግግር እና ተዛማጅ ተግባራት ልምድ ሊኖረው ይገባል። በዘርፉ የተሰማሩ ተጫራቾች የታደሰ የንግድ ፈቃድ፣ የቫት ማረጋገጫ፣ የንግድ ምዝገባ ማረጋገጫ፣ የግብር ክፍያ ማረጋገጫ (ካለ) እና የቲን ማረጋገጫ ማቅረብ አለባቸው። ጨረታው ከመዝጊያ ቀን በኋላ ለ30 ቀናት የሚሰራ መሆን አለበት። ተጫራቾች ቴክኒካል እና ፋይናንሺያል ሰነዶችን በሁለት የታሸጉ ኤንቨሎፖች ማቅረብ አለባቸው። የጨረታ ማስከበሪያው ተለይቶ ታሽጎ በፊርማ መቀመጥ አለበት።
Zoble Aluminum Works and Import invites interested and eligible bidders for the purchase of biometric attendance machine and system implementation services. The purpose of the service is to develop an integrated biometric time attendance and payroll management system. The bidder shall have experience in biometric device system integration, analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, training, data migration and related activities. Bidders engaged in the sector shall present renewed trade license, VAT certificate, trade registration certificate, current tax clearance certificate (if available), and TIN certificate. The bid shall be valid for 30 days after the bid closing date. Bidders shall submit two sealed envelopes containing technical and financial documents. The bid security must be sealed and signed separately.
