የዘመን ኢንሹራንስ ኃላፊነቱ የተወሰነ የግል ኩባንያ ዋና መሥሪያ ቤቱን እድሳት ለማከናወን ፍላጎት ያላቸውን ብቁ ተጫራቾች ይጋብዛል። ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዱን በ500 ብር ገዝተው የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ከጠቅላላ ዋጋ 2% መሆን አለበት።
የዘመን ኢንሹራንስ ኃላፊነቱ የተወሰነ የግል ኩባንያ ዋና መሥሪያ ቤቱን እድሳት ለማከናወን ፍላጎት ያላቸውን ብቁ ተጫራቾች ይጋብዛል። ተጫራቾች የሚከተሉትን ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡- የታደሰ ሕጋዊ ፈቃድ፣ ከንግድና ኢንዱስትሪ ሚኒስቴር የተሰጠ የምዝገባ ሰርተፊኬት፣ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ ምዝገባ። የጨረታ ሰነድ ከፋይናንስና ኢንቨስትመንት ዲፓርትመንት በማይመለስ የ500 ብር ክፍያ መግዛት ይቻላል። የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ከጠቅላላ ዋጋ 2% መሆን አለበት። ቴክኒካልና ፋይናንሺያል ፕሮፖዛል በተለየ ሰም የታሸገ ኤንቨሎፕ ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል። ዋጋዎች 15% ተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስን ጨምሮ መሆን አለባቸው። የጨረታ ማቅረቢያ ቀነ-ገደብ መስከረም 9/2026 ዓ.ም ከቀኑ 2፡00 ሰዓት ሲሆን የቴክኒክ ፕሮፖዛል መከፈቻ በዚያው ቀን ከቀኑ 2፡30 ሰዓት ይሆናል።
Zemen Insurance S.C. invites interested and eligible bidders for the renovation of its head office. Bidders must present: a currently renewed and valid license, a certificate of registration from the Ministry of Trade and Industry, and VAT registration. The bid document can be purchased from the Finance and Investment Department for a non-refundable fee of 500 Birr. The bid bond must be 2% of the total bid price. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted in separate wax-sealed envelopes. Prices must include 15% VAT. The deadline for submission is September 9, 2026 at 2:00 PM, and the technical proposal opening will be on the same day at 2:30 PM.
