ZamZam Bank S.C. invites eligible audit firms to appoint an external auditor to audit financial statements for three consecutive years. The bid document can be obtained from the Procurement and FM Management department at the Head Office, located on Ethio-China Friendship Avenue (Wollo Sefer roundabout), 11th floor, Garad City Center, Bole, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 1,000 Birr at Alif Branch, during office hours (Monday to Saturday) starting from the date of advertisement. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 100,000 Birr in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee in favor of ZamZam Bank S.C. Bidders should submit separate technical and financial proposals. The technical proposal envelope should include trade license, tax registration certificate, renewed tax clearance certificate, bid bond, professional license from the concerned office, testimonies of past experience, work plan and methodology, and other related documents. Both financial and technical proposals must be sealed and deposited in the bid box placed at the Procurement and FM Management office for this purpose, within ten consecutive working days from the date of advertisement. Bid opening will be held on August 31, 2026 at 10:30 AM at the place mentioned above, in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
