የይርጋጨፌ ቡና ገበሬዎች ኅብረት ሥራ ዩንየን የደንብ ልብሶች፣ ሴፍቲ ጫማ እና የልብስና የገላ ሳሙና በጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለመግዛት ይፈልጋል። ተጫራቾች የታደሰ የንግድ ፍቃድ እና የግብር ግዴታ መወጣት አለባቸው።
የይርጋጨፌ ቡና ገበሬዎች ኃላ/የተ/የኅብረት ሥራ ዩንየን ከዚህ በታች የተዘረዘረውን ዕቃ በጨረታ አወዳድሮ መግዛት ይፈልጋል፡፡ ሎት 1 የደንብ ልብሶች፣ ሎት 2 ሴፍቲ ጫማ፣ ሎት 3 የልብስና የገላ ሳሙና። የታደሰ የንግድ ፍቃድ ያለው ግለሰብ ወይም ድርጅት እና የዘመኑን የግብር ግዴታ የተወጣ መሆን አለበት። ተጫራች ግለሰብ ከሆነ የታደሰ የነዋሪነት መታወቂያ፣ ማህበር ከሆነ የምዝገባ ሰርተፍኬት ከአደራጅ አካላት ማቅረብ ይችላል። ዝርዝር የጨረታ ሰነድ ማስታወቂያው ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ በስራ ሰዓት 200 ብር በመክፈል መግዛት ይቻላል። ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ በባንክ በተረጋገጠ ሲፒኦ ኦርጅናል እና ኮፒ ሰነድ በድርጅቱ ማህተም በአንድ ፖስታ በማሸግ ማስታወቂያው ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ በ10 የስራ ቀናት ውስጥ ለዚህ ተብሎ በተዘጋጀ ሳጥን ውስጥ ማስገባት አለባቸው። ማንኛውም ተጫራች ከአጭር መግለጫ ውጪ በመሰረዝ ወይም በማሻሻል ማቅረብ እና በሌላ ዋጋ ላይ ተንተርሶ መጫረት አይፈቀድም። ለእያንዳንዱ ሎቶች ናሙና ማቅረብ አለባቸው። ተጫራቾች ጨረታውን ካሸነፉ የውል ማስከበሪያ 10% ያስይዛሉ። ጨረታው ተጫራቾች ወይም ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት በቀን 26/12/2018 ዓ.ም ከቀኑ 8፡00 ሰዓት ይከፈታል። ለጨረታው የተያዘው ዋስትና ለተሸናፊዎቹ የጨረታው ውጤት ሲገለፅ ይመለሳል። ድርጅቱ የተሻለ መንገድ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።
Yirgacheffe Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union intends to procure the following goods through tender: Lot 1 Uniforms, Lot 2 Safety shoes, Lot 3 Laundry and body soap. Bidders must have a renewed business license and have fulfilled current tax obligations. Individual bidders must have a renewed residency ID; organizations must present registration certificates from organizing bodies. Detailed tender documents can be purchased for 200 birr during working hours starting from the date of publication. Bidders must submit bid security in the form of a bank-confirmed CPO, original and copy, sealed with the company's stamp in one envelope, and place it in the designated box within 10 working days from the date of publication. No bidder may submit offers with amendments or modifications outside the specification, or participate in collusive pricing. Samples must be submitted for each lot. Successful bidders will provide a 10% contract performance guarantee. The tender will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives on 26/12/2018 E.C. at 8:00 AM. Bid security will be returned to unsuccessful bidders when results are announced. The organization reserves the right to cancel the tender in whole or in part if it finds a better alternative.
